At Guardian we have been holding General Information Meetings on a regular basis and they are one of the ways that enable us to keep everyone in the organization informed and up to date.

Staff from every area of Guardian come together and have the opportunity to meet informally, face to face.

How have we been doing, what challenges are we facing, what improvements can be made, plans for the future and recognizing achievements are just some of the important topics that find their way on the agenda.
