Critical to delivering the
goods is having a sound understanding of the requirements for specific
products. Jo works closely
with team members in
manufacturing, quality and
sales, to analyze
specifications and determine
purchasing strategies that
are best suited to the
unique needs of an
individual project.
Jo and the purchasing team
are constantly surveying the
supply chain landscape for
the best materials, parts,
expertise, cost
effectiveness and lead
times. They work diligently
to source qualified local
and global suppliers in a
constantly evolving
environment.
Our team is dedicated to
establishing and maintaining
long term relationships with
suppliers that understand
each of our customer’s
unique needs. We are able to
maintain an extremely high
level of customer
satisfaction by addressing
specific requirements as a
team.
Away from Guardian, Jo likes
to balance her work life
with biking, gardening,
softball, home decorating
and activities with her
family.
