They are the face of
Guardian Manufacturing
Solutions and are here to
champion the development,
production and successful
delivery of your products.
Initially, their first
responsibility is to work
with the customer and define
the terms of a project
including scope,
specifications,
deliverables, risks, budget
and schedules. Depending on
the complexity of a project
they may also assemble a
qualified team to assist in
the review and definition of
project terms.
Based on project definition
and goals, account managers
will meet with the
Manufacturing Team Leaders
to establish resource
assignments and schedules
based on milestones and
deliverables.
During the design and
production stages, our
account managers act as an
internal liaison between
departments and are
responsible for tracking the
progress of a project,
costs, changes to
specifications and resource
allocation.
