Guardian’s qualified process team provides value services. Their mission and commitment is centered on meeting and exceeding customer expectations. They have developed a team positioned to provide services ranging from prototyping, through to full assembly and procurement.

Process Team provides the following services:

   Process Review & Setup

      Product review
      DFM (Design for Manufacturability)
      DFT (Design for Testability) 
      BOM’s are reviewed and validated for accuracy.
      Component Selection
      Parts Procurement 
      Produce assembly documentation and/or fabrication drawings if not available.
      Manage Part Datasheets, BOM’s & Drawings on system (turnkey). 
      Manage (temporary & permanent).
